Packaging and shipping
- All original works on paper are unframed, wrapped in acid free tissue paper and sent free to any UK destination in either a toughened mailing tube or hard backed envelope. Sent using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service (3-5 days). For all UK orders I aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of your purchase.
- All Giclée prints are unframed, wrapped in acid free tissue paper and sent free to any UK destination in a toughened mailing tube. Sent using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service (3-5 days). For all UK orders I aim to dispatch within 5 working days of receipt of your purchase.
- All original works on canvas 50x50cm or smaller are packaged and sent free to any UK destination. Sent using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service (3-5 days). For all UK orders I aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of your purchase.
- All original works on canvas over 50x50cm are packaged and sent free to any UK destination. Sent using Parcelforce’s Worldwide Services for UK destinations. For all UK orders I aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of your purchase.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please notify me and return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To qualify for a refund the item must be returned in the condition and the packaging that it was sent to you. For your own security I would recommend returning via recorded delivery. Any returns after 14 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund.
Print information
The word 'Giclée' is used to describe a fine art digital printing process combining pigment based inks with professional paper to achieve prints of superior archival quality, light fastness and stability. The printing process involves squirting or spraying microscopic dots of pigment-based ink onto high quality art paper. Nao McDowell Art Giclée prints are created using an Epson 9880 with Epson Ultrachrome K3 inks, and the print paper is made by Hahnemühle and is a professional cotton rag. It is mould made, 100% acid free and has an exceptionally fine and smooth surface.
Framing
Framing and mounting are not included. An excellent framer I use regularly and can thoroughly recommend in South West London is Zinc White Framing.

Creating a piece that represents both my own style and your favourite location or place can be a very rewarding and creative process for us both.
My process for commissions starts with a no obligation phone call or email to discuss your requirements. Once these are established I will send an email which will detail the nature of the commission, cost and process. Timescales vary according to the complexity of the piece and my current commitments.
